4858 W. Pico Blvd #147 Los Angeles, CA 90019

Los Angeles produces more smog and greenhouses gasses than the majority of other cities in the world.

In order to improve our sustainability and make our daily practices more environmentally friendly, we must allot funding and resources to preserving the city’s tree canopy, installing rainwater catching systems, establishing more widespread use of grey water systems, and xeriscaping (landscaping with native plants that do not require more water than is available).

Additionally, we must invest in updating the infrastructure of Los Angeles’ many buildings to promote environmental sustainability; green roofs, solar panels, and efficient insulation and lighting systems are all crucial for this city’s future.
